Temperature Quilt - day |
My night Quilt has come to a mini halt - I have run out of DMC 502. No worries I thought, there will be a spare in my stash.... so Hubby lifted out my threads box and in the DMC 5** bag was ...
500 501 503 504
..... but no 502. So unfortunately I will have to pop to the art shop ;-)

Temperature Quilt - night - paused! |
Thank you to everyone who entered my gift away on my
Gifted Gorgeousness July post .... I'll leave it open until Friday 26th - good luck!
Very interesting that you stick two SALs.
ReplyDeleteI worked last year after the daytime temperatures, always looked at the temperatures between 14 and 15h.
I like your colors well.

YOur temperature quilt is an interesting project, I'm curious as to how large it will become.
ReplyDeleteI think there are another two rows and an edging row, next time I stitch on it I'll measure it so far, photos can be deceptive
Deletebright and vibrant the day one is and serene and calm the night. Do you have a plan on how they still be finished when stitched? X
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure, I have a couple of ideas but waiting until they are completed to decide
DeleteCertainly more summery! Looks like the red might come out for a few days this week too, if we believe the forecast! :)
ReplyDeleteI hope your adventure into the art shop wasn't fraught with too much peril! "Only" one skein seems to find a few other friends sometimes. :D
ReplyDeleteYour temperature SAL is looking lovely - I must catch mine up, it's about a fortnight behind
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work. Hope you can get your needed thread soon and catch up.
ReplyDeleteLove how your temperature SAL is coming along. You are doing a great job Clare. RJ@stitchingfriendsforever
ReplyDeleteVery pretty progress. I love how you are doing one for the daytime temperature and one for the nighttime temperature.
