Temperature Quilt - no red this week

A quick update on my Temperature Quilt. It's been much cooler here so no red on my day chart this week. It's been quite a wet week too and very windy!

The forecast is for warmer days next week, we're in London for a few days and it's usually warmer there than here in the Midlands.

Temperature Quilt  - day

Temperature Quilt  - night
It's great fun doing these quilts however I am still undecided on how to finish them.

  2. I expect the red will be out again this week, especially if you are in London. Hope you enjoy your visit; don't forget to let us know what you did and/or saw there! :)

  3. I’m sure there will be red next time, from your trip to London!
We live just south of London, and we certainly notice the difference as we get closer to London!
Would it be possible for you to show the key with your photos as I’d be very interested to know how different your temperatures are to ours?
Possibly your charts would look good finished as a flat back, with the day on the front, so you could pick it up and see the night time picture on the back ..... and be able to stand it with either back or front on show ..... if you see what I mean!
Or maybe just a big fram with the two, side by side? Tee hee!
    Hugs,
    Barbara xx

  7. Great work on both. Good luck on deciding a finishing. I like FlashinScissors idea of a 2 sided type finish.

  8. It's fascinating how the weather seems to have gone from cold to hot on your quilt with very few middling days. Definitely cooler at night now. I am no longer kicking off the duvet!
